Haidian International Schools mission is to develop students that have the skills to be successful in both a Chinese and Western school environment. We expect our students to be academically well-rounded, possess critical thinking skills, have personal integrity, be polite and well-mannered, and most importantly, show care and respect for others. The teacher’s role is to create a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth, to establish rapport with students, to motivate students to develop academic and life skills, and to establish productive relationships with parents and staff members.
Haidian International Schools developed from the International Primary School and International Junior High and Senior High School of Haidian Foreign Language Shi Yan School. Utilzing a 12-year/two-path teaching system, our students are ensured seamless docking with the same grade levels in USA.
Haidian International Schools implement a small class teaching system, with one teacher for each five students. Classes below the senior high school are jointly managed by Chinese and Western head teachers. Students can study in different places in the world and experience intensive Chinese and Western cultural linking:
--Grade 5 students can enter into schools in North Carolina (USA) to study
--Grade 8 students can study in the school in New Jersey (USA)
--Grade 11 students can study in Michigan (USA). After passing the senior high school graduation examination, students can get both Chinese and American senior high school graduation diplomas
Currently, Haidian International Schools has three campuses in China (Beijing, Wuhan, Hainan Island). As well, our schools have partnerships with educational organizations across the world.
